Ella K Kantner

   Ella was born on August 25, 1932, to Earl and Lurene Enness in Greenville, Michigan. She graduated from Woodland High School, and its is where she met the love of her life. Ella and Marvin were married on September 1, 1951 and spent 60 years together raising their family.

  Ella was a hairdresser for 30 years. After they both retired Ella and Marvin wintered in Englewood, Florida for 19 years before making it their permanent home in 2009. Ella moved to The Village of Heather Hills in 2015, to be closer to family.

   Ella was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Bud, her son Michael and her beloved husband. She is survived by her daughter, Tamera (Bill) Yates, her son Erik (Kellie) Kantner, seven Grandchildren and seven Great Grandchildren.

   Interment into Woodland Cemetery will be held on Friday, January 24th at 4:00 and a “Celebration of Life” will be held on Saturday, January 25th from 2:00-5:00 pm, at The Village of Heather Hills, located at 1055 Forest Hill Ave SE, In Grand Rapids.
