Helen Louise Jewell

Helen Louise Jewell, age 91, of Sunfield, Michigan passed away on Monday, March 10, 2025. Helen was born on April 27, 1933 in Lake Odessa to Joseph and Mildred Leslie. In 1952 she married Leon Mallison and together they brought four children into this world before his death in 1962. Helen then married Larry Blundell in 1967 with who she had one child before his death in 1969. Not one to give up on love she married Robert Jewell 2005. After the untimely deaths of her husbands Helen was both parents to her children. Times weren't always easy, but she made sure there was always lots of love and anything else they needed. Helen being the ultimate mother and grandmother extended those gifts by providing daycare for hundreds of children over the years and absolutely loved everyone.

Helen leaves behind to cherish her memory; daughter Elizabeth Courtney, Lori (Russ) Schrauben and Melissa Goodemoot, grandchildren; Karla (Kevin) Swiler, Dominic Haskin, Derek Haskin, Emily Courtney, Luke (Andra) Schrauben, Tyler Schrauben, Brandon (Lacy) Goodemoot, Alex (Brooke) Goodemoot, Skyler (Reed) Robinson, Alauna (Cameron Luna) Goodemoot, Carmen Jefferies, Angie (Rob Young) Mallison, Rachel (Kyril) Brown, Shana (Jake) Johnson, along with many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, sister Shirley Raymond, ex son in law Kendall (Jessica) Goodemoot along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceding her in death her parents, husbands Leon, Larry and Robert, children Jeff Mallison and Edward Mallison, grandchild Leanna Mallison, siblings Howard and Harold Kendall, Joseph Leslie and Marie Kruger

A Celebration of Life being planned for Monday, March 17, 2025 at Koops Funeral Chapel with visitation starting at 10am until time of service at 12pm.

Donations in Helen's name can be given to St. Jude Research Hospital.
