Jerry Southgate, age 79, of Lake Odessa, Michigan passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Eaton County Health and Rehabilitation Services (ECHRS), Charlotte, MI. Jerry is survived by his wife, Diane, and 2 children, Renae (Brian) Galsterer, and Kurt (Heather) Southgate. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Jacob, Nathan (Marissa), Owen, Nolan and Allison; and 1 great grandchild, Kayn Avery.
The family wishes to thank the entire staff at ECHRS for their wonderful and compassionate care of Jerry. Cremation has taken place and the family will have a private gathering at a later date.
