Robert Harmon, loving and devoted husband of Lien Harmon, passed away at their home on May 11, 2011. Bob was born on June 28, 1945 to Dale and Elberta Harmon. He spent his childhood years in Hastings. At 18 years old, Bob enlisted in the U.S. Army. He traveled the world with the Army, ending his service with 3 tours in Vietnam. Bob retired from General Motors in 2002. Words cannot begin to describe the amazing man we've lost. Bob lived his life focused on his family. Bob is survived by his wife of 45 years, Lien Harmon; their children, Rhonda, Rob and Becky; daughter-in-law Mindie Harmon; son-in-law, Greg Day; grandchildren, Justin Dean, Amy Dean, Jesse Harmon, McKala Harmon, Ashley Day and Jacob Day; great granddaughter, Adyson Curcio; sisters, Shirley, Jackie and Terry. Per his wishes, no services will be held.
