William "Bill" E. Chapman, age 69, of Lansing, MI formerly of Lake Odessa passed away unexpectedly at his home on July 28, 2013. Bill served his country in the Air Force during Vietnam and worked for Consumers Electric for many years. He is survived by his sister Claire A. (R. Dale) Kennedy and brother Bob (Jan) Chapman.
