Andrew Robert "Andy" Morrison age 85 of Palm Springs, FL. Passed away on April 29, 2015 in Atlantis, FL (JFK Hospital). He was a resident of Palm Springs since 1957. He was born on March 24, 1930 in Springfield, VT to Andrew & Evelyn Morrison (deceased). Andy retired from Pratt & Whitney Aircraft after 37 years of service as

a Jet/Rocket Propulsion Design Engineer. US Navy veteran of the Korean War serving as an Aerographer on the USS Northampton. Exemplified "heaven on earth" as a model of character through expressing generosity, teaching, chivalry, loyalty and love. Donated over 35 gallons to local blood centers and countless hours towards the advancement of dignity to local migrant workers and those in need. Widower - married to Elizabeth B. "Bette" Morrison for over 53 years until her passing in 2008. Brother to Joanne Aher of Naperville, IL & Mary Elizabeth Dugas (deceased). Father to Craig Morrison (Sue) of Gainesville, FL & Dayna Smith (James) of Lake Worth, FL. Grandfather to Marque Collins, Molli Morrison & Emily Morrison. Friends may visit from 9:00 -10:00am on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, FL 33461. Funeral services begin at 10:00am.
