Hey Mom, it’s Paul. I’m sure you got where you were going, if anyone deserves to be in Heaven it’s you. I know I’ve always been the one to tell you what you wanted to hear, but this time I hope your sitting down. Thing’s just haven’t been the same since you’ve been gone. I mean we’re all just walking in circles chasing our tails. We all just miss you so much. I know that’s not what you would want so I’m going to switch gears and take the high road. You were the best Mother I could have ever asked for, and certainly more than I ever deserved. Thank you so very much for all you have done for me and all of us. Hello Nanny, it’s Colin.  I know you’re having a great time in Heaven hanging out with your parents, friends, RyRy, and all the pets you loved. Everyone down here is taking care of Poppa. It’s very tough for him because half of him is with you and he misses you so much.  He loved you more than anything. I know you’re watching over him and all of us. The world feels like it’s on pause because you’re not with us. You blessed Sydney with a baby and I know you will give her and Igor the strength and the wisdom to be the best parents they possibly can be.  Nanny, I will always love you and please give me the power to be the best person I can be.  Until I see you again in Heaven, I will do my job to take care of Poppa  as much as I can.  I will forever love you Nanny. 



There are little words that could summarize our relationship. Our tea talks. Our rides. Our shopping sprees. And our latest venture of curls by Syd. Most of my fondest memories are with you, in your house, or with a family member that was a spawn of yours. Countless times people have said our family is weird, too close, worse than a large gang and every time I hear it or think about it I am overly proud. To be a Seitter is to be loyal, trusted, devilishly good looking, proud, giving, and the perfect amount of crazy. You, Nannie, we’re all of this and so much more. 
Thank you for being all you were. You and grandpa impacted my life and who I am more than I even know. The world isn’t the same without you, BUT I know that we all gained an angel that would do just about anything to keep us safe, happy and at peace.

You Seitter crew are a wonderful fun loving, family centered bunch.
I know Kay kept the crew in check bringing out the big gun "Hugh
y" when necessary. 
We had lots of talks and stories about all of you.  Always laughing because she was so colorful telling them.
  I love your family and so blessed she was part of the Gates lives.

Kay you certainly were one of a kind. I am so proud to be a part of the beautiful family you created. You were not only my mother in law but my friend and I will truly miss you. Cheers to you!!

Words cannot describe how thankful I am you were part of my life and the lives of my children.  Your relationship with Syd was so special and you were more than a Nanny to her.   You showered her with so much love and showed her strength and caring.   You took care of me at times and showed me love like I was your own.  My little ones invited you and Grandpa to grandparents day - that is how much you mean to all of us.  Thank you for everything  and you are so missed !

Kay was the grandma of every one on Edgar Ave. For so many years my sister Sydney and I would  walk to two houses down and just sit and talk with Kay, while Charlie yelled at us for never having shoes on.  Every Halloween me and my sister still made sure to pay her a visit, no matter what.   She watched us grow up and then got to watch my daughter grow up.  Kay will always have a special place in my heart. Edgar will not be the same with out her. Our hearts are with all the Seitters.  We love you guys, so much.

The Days

Kay was a wonderful woman, the first time I met her she treated me like family. I will always remember her kindness, and the laughs we had at Skeeters... My heart goes out to Huey, Jay, Chuck,Paul and the entire family she will be deeply missed....

So many fond  memories of your Mom and your family for so many years.

We’re so sorry to hear of Kay’s passing and her longtime battle with heart disease. To Charlie, Sr., his five children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, we will regret not keeping in touch.  Days become months and then years, and as we look back time got away from us.  Kay was always an upbeat, happy person who worked hard and played hard. She epitomized life and it’s hard to imagine she’s no longer with us.  She will always be remembered fondly including the fact she was our only son’s Godmother.  We were very close to her Mom - Auntie Mary Farrell - and when she passed our connection was broken.  Life is filled with regrets and this one hurts. God bless you, Kay, and your wonderful family.
