Dorothy is survived by her husband Paul, son Michael MacEachern, daughter-in-law, Dawn Pappous, daughter Jeanne Aparicio, son-in-law Oscar Aparicio, and granddaughters, Sophia Pappous, Alexis Aparicio and Emily Aparicio.
A gathering of family & friends for Dorothy will be held Saturday, August 20, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, FL 33461. A Catholic prayer service will begin at 10:30 AM. An inurnment service will follow at 11:00 AM at Lake Worth Memory Gardens, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, FL 33461.
