Eleanor was the beloved wife of Bryan Blackmer, with whom she shared 51 years of marriage. Their life together was marked by deep love, devotion, and partnership, and Eleanor loved her husband with all of her soul.
She was a devoted mother to her four children: Steven (Michelle), Sandra (Buddy), Theresa (Aaron), and Catherine (Reggie). Eleanor was also a proud grandmother to 11 grandchildren and a cherished great-grandmother to 11 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy.
Family was at the center of Eleanor’s life. She treasured time spent together and especially enjoyed camping, creating lasting memories with those she loved most. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love will be remembered by all who knew her.
Eleanor is also survived by her brother George (Carolyn), her sister Terri (Alan), and her brother-in-law Mike.
Eleanor leaves behind a legacy of love, family, and togetherness that will continue through generations.
A celebration of life will be scheduled for a future date.
