She was born and raised in Cumberland. Kentucky, on March 16, 1925, to the late
A.L. and Polly Coots. She moved to this area, during the 1950's,
with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband William T. Woods,
and sons: Ed and Ray. She is survived by her sons Tom Woods, Jr., and John Daniel Woods,
7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 3 sisters, 5 brothers, numerous nieces, nephews
and friends. Her family will receive friends on Sunday , June 2, 2013 at the funeral home
between 1:00 & 2:00 PM. when Evelyn's life will be celebrated at 2:00 PM. She will be
laid to rest immediately following at Lake Worth Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers
please make donations, in her memory, to Hospice of Palm Beach County 5300
