Age 80 of Lantana, FL passed away October 27, 2012. He was born in Oklahoma to Clark and Lorene Maxson. Gailon came to Ft. Lauderdale, FL before retiring in Lantana. He was married 55 years to his beloved wife Betty Maxson until her passing in 2008.
Gailon is survived by: daughter, Debbie Howell (husband, William) of Royal Palm Beach, FL; son, Don Maxson (wife, Kim) of Wellington, FL; grandchildren, Jason, Chad, Trey and Katrina Nebergall, Dusty Maxson, Veronica Squires, Adam and Alex Maxson; great grandchildren, Kayden, Jayden, Elizabeth, Adalee and Jordan Nebergall.
Friends may visit from 3:00 - 6:00pm on Wednesday, October 31st. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, November 1st at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Lake Worth Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions to be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33407.
