He will forever be remembered by his loving wife and best friend Nancy (Rosemarie) and their children, daughter Marcia Best (Mike Roy) and son Paul (Donna) Zapf; three grandchildren Chandler Shiner, Brandon Zapf, and Daniel Zapf.
A visitation for George will be on Saturday, December 17 starting at 1:00pm at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, a prayer service will begin at 2:00pm. A committal service will follow at Lake Worth Memory Gardens. A reception for family and friends will follow after the commital back at the funeral home begining at 4:00pm.
