Geraldine (Gerri) Marion (Tubbs) Bean went peacefully to be with Jesus on August 15, 2026, after a long battle with dementia. Gerri was born June 9, 1941, as the second child to Norman O. and Pauline J. (Bowman) Tubbs in Medina, Ohio. The Tubbs family moved to Florida in the 1940s. On September 11, 1959, after dating for just three months, she married the love of her life, Robert E. Bean. Together they shared nearly 67 years of marriage, raised three wonderful children, and created lasting memories. Gerri was an avid baker, cook, gardener, and seamstress. She was also an ardent supporter of the homeless through her church ministries. She made sure countless individuals were fed while working tirelessly rallying volunteers, shopping for food, and collecting donations from the community. Gerri will be remembered as a devoted Christian and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. All those who loved her will remember her as a radiant, compassionate disciple of Christ. She will be missed by all who knew her. Gerri is survived by her devoted husband, Robert (Bob); and her three children, Jeffrey his and wife, Marysue; Jeanette and her husband, Keith Fritz; and Julie and her husband, Ryan McNally. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, Victoria, Bryan, Brianna, Tyler, Justin, Melissa, Jacob, and Caleb and her brother, Robert Tubbs as well as countless nieces and nephews. She has been welcomed into the arms of Jesus, whom she faithfully loved and served throughout her life. She is now at peace, reunited with loved ones, and forever resting in the presence of her Savior. Viewing and services will be held at Grace Fellowship West Palm Beach, on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at 3:30pm with services beginning at 4:30pm located at 8350 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL. Graveside services will be held at 10:00am, Monday, August 24th at Lake Worth Memory Gardens, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, FL.
