Jacqueline Sue Carter was born on February 21, 1932 in Huntington, Indiana. Jacky spent her childhood on a farm which she loved, riding horses, working mules and driving the tractor. Jacky received her bachelor in Nursing and Master in education at the Bal Stet University, Indiana. She practiced nursing for many years. Jacky relocated to Florida and practiced at the Good Samaritan Hospital in West Palm Beach then went to Belle Glade as a Director of Nursing. She moved on to North Technical teaching and become the department head. She was then transferred to the county office. She met her husband Jack and they had a daughter Kathy. Jacky and her husband travelled to England and Japan. Sadly, Jack (husband) and Kathy (daughter) passed. Jacky loved fried chicken and fried potatoes, actually she just loved food.
