Jake is survived by his loving parents, Darrin and Renee Duchene; sister, Nicole Marie Duchene; grandfather, Robert Tassi; grandmother, Kay Kelly; aunts, Cathy Curley, Barbara Corbett, Jackie Egerton (husband, Tim), April Kirton (husband, Michael), Heidi Forte (husband, Craig) and Kelli Straub; uncles, Kenny Duchene, Steven McPherson, Randy Tassi and Robert Tassi; cousins, Robert Curley, Robyn Curley, Timmy Egerton, Cory Straub, Cassie Corbett, Kelsi Straub, Tyler Egerton, Autumn Kirton, Zachary Kirton, Lily Forte, Karissa Kirton, Jessica McPherson, Steven McPherson Jr., Mac McPherson, Nicholas, He was preceded in death by grandparents, Kenneth A. Duchene and Mimi Tassi.
Jake had so many close friends that we wish could list them all. He will be forever remembered and in our hearts.
Friends may visit from 10:30am – 12:00pm on Sunday, January 8, 2012 at the funeral home. Memorial services will begin at 12:00 noon. In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested to be made to the family for future efforts of Jake’s memorialization.
