

Born Oct. 19, 1936 in Miami, FL, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Pauline Connell.
Judith married the love of her life, James Alsup on Dec. 18, 1954. She was a faithful Christian woman, and a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She worked for the Palm Beach County School System for many years. In her spare time she loved to read and enjoyed listening to Gaither’s Gospel music.
She will truly be missed by anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Judith was preceded in death by her son, James Lance; and sisters, Evelyn Ledford and Bonita Stone.
She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, James Alsup; children, Timothy (Brenda) Alsup; Melissa (Neil) O’Neal; grandchildren, Neil, Brendon and Madison O’Neal, two step grandsons; five step great grandchildren; sister, Lynette Jones (Willard); brother-in-laws, Hubert Ledford (Faith) and Buddy Stone, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family is receiving guests on Friday, January 8, from 1:00PM to 2:00PM, with a Celebration of Life Service following at 2:00PM, at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home. Interment at Lake Worth Memory Gardens.

James D. Alsup, of West Palm Beach, FL, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2016.
Born Nov. 25, 1933 in Falkner, MS, he was the son of the late John Bill Alsup and Sally Pittman Alsup.
James married the love of his life, Judith Alsup on Dec. 18, 1954. He proudly served his country in both, Navy and the Air Force. He will truly be missed by anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
