Age 62 of Lake Worth, FL passed away March 11, 2015. He was raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan and received his BS and MA degrees in Psychology from Central Michigan University. He received his specialist degree in School Psychology from the University of Detroit in 1982 and began his career at the Oak Park School District. He moved to Palm Beach County in 1987 and worked for the school district until the time of his death. Jeff was an avid bridge player who attained his Life Master designation in 2013. He is survived by: wife, Virginia; two children, Brian and Erin; siblings, David, Suzanne Edison and Kathleen Kirkpatrick; along with many nieces and nephews. Friends may visit on Saturday, March 14th from 1:00 - 4:00pm at the funeral home. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, March 15th at 2:00pm at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Ave., West Palm Beach, FL 33407.
