She graduated from Monticello High School in Guilford County NC.
Josephine was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and two brothers. Josephine was also preceded in death by her husband Henry Baron of Lake Worth Fl. Josephine was a resident of Lake Worth Florida for 53 years.
In her latter years Josephine was a resident of Dacier Manor and the Good Samaritan Center of Advent Christian Village in Dowling Park Fl. The family would like to thank the loving care she received especially while she was a resident of Dacier Manor and the Good Samaritan.Josephine went to be with the Lord June 29th 2025.
She is survived by a Daughter Rebecca Alton of Ramseur NC, a son Lacy Shipwash of Trinity NC, 7 Grandchildren,14 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchildren
