Joyce Marie Phillips, age 80, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023. Joyce was born in Salamanca, NY to the late Lester Norton and Brena Mae (Washburn) Carnes on November 8th, 1942. Before her retirement, she worked as a Childcare Assistant.
Joyce is survived by her daughter; Susan E. Phillips-Gray and son-in-law Daniel Gray of West Palm Beach, FL and a grandson; Michael Phillips.
Joyce is predeceased by her husband; Floyd Charles Phillips.
