Judy is survived by her loving husband, Herbert Horton; children, Lisa Kerr (Buzz), David Appel (Dinorah); grandchildren, Cassidy and Hannah Kerr, Chloe and Cort Appel.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 20, from 1:00 to 2:00PM, with a funeral service following at 2:00PM, at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Lake Worth Memory Gardens.
