Earl Smith Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, FL 33461. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, August 20th at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 345 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33415.
