Age 81 of Lantana, FL passed away June 23, 2015. She was born in Rudyard, MI on February 25, 1934. Aileen graduated from Rudyard High School then attended Detroit School for Nursing and became an LPN. She married Henry E. Sota on March 26, 1969. Aileen spent her nursing career at the Palm Beach County Nursing Home. She was a very active member of the Apostolic Lutheran Church, had a great respect for U.S. Veterans, and served as a Lieutenant for Citizens on Patrol. She is survived by: husband, Henry Sota; sister-in-law, Flossie; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: parents, Norman and Saima Augustson; brothers, Norman and Richard; and sister, Katherine. Friends may visit from 5:00 – 8:00pm Monday, June 29, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Tuesday, June 30th at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Rudyard Township Cemetery in Michigan.
