I had the great satisfaction of working with Dr. Maytin as a critical care nurse over several decades. His technical and assessment skills were second to none. He was extremely efficient and quick, but had an extraordinary ability to care for patients and their families because he also listened to them. His was a service driven life and countless people have benefitted from that.

My most sincere condolences to Kathleen and the family of Dr Maytin. I met him in a professional capacity in 2001 and he quickly became one of my favorite physicians to regularly visit. I will never forget his sincerity, professionalism and calmingly warm demeanor. My thoughts and prayers for Kathleen and Dr Maytin’s family as you celebrate his remarkable life.

Dr Martin rest in Peace πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’«. Thank you for taking care of me in these 18 years, he was a great person, thank you for taking your time to ask me how I felt and in those difficult moments give us encouragement (to me and my wife). You will be missed forever. Good trip Dr Maytin, may God have him in a beautiful place. We will miss him a lot, but his pleasant memories will always accompany us. Until always πŸ’«πŸ™πŸ».

Such a well learned physician. I worked as a nurse with Dr. Maytin in the hospital setting since 1988. Very thorough with his work, patient and emphatic to his patients. He was such a scholar. Still remember the last conversation we had a few months ago and reflecting on his early rounds in the morning. He will surely be missed. My condolences and prayers to the family and Kathleen during this difficult period.
