He died peacefully on February 10th, 2021 in West Palm Beach, FL.
Oscar was dearly loved by his family, together with his wife Orlanda Pena they had 5 children;
Norca, Oscar (Pepe), Elba, Kathy Luz and Erica, 2 great loved in-laws Manuel Collado and Lisette Peralta, 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
We will miss our dearest Husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
