in Chicago, Illinois, living most of his life in this area of South Florida. Phil was an excellent cabinet finisher. He held
a black belt in the art of Chinese Kempo Kung Fu. He also enjoyed spending his spare time working in his
yard. His survivors include; his mother Patti Shelton Block of Boynton Beach, two brothers; Michael Block of New Smyrna
Beach, Mark and his wife Christine Block, nephews Steven and Brian Block and his niece Michelle Block all of Wading
River, N.Y. He also leaves his loving companion Rosie and a host of friends. His arrangements have been
entrusted to Dorsey - E. Earl Smith Memory Gardens Funeral Home.
