Rose Vieira, 79, of West Palm Beach, FL, passed away at her home after a 12 year courageous battle with cancer. She was born May 1, 1937 in Cuba, to Armando & Josefa Dominguez, who both preceded her in death.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 58 years, Anthony A. Vieira and their three children Anthony Jr., Armand (Maria) and Rose (Michael). Grandchildren Fallon, Tiffany, Arielle, Cassidy, Alyssa and Bobby. Great grandchildren Eryn, Ethan, Elizabeth and Logan. Siblings, Carmen, Miguel and Mindy; and many loving nieces and nephews; and was preceded in death by special niece, Annie.
For 25 years she made many people smile at the Lake Worth Toll Plaza where she worked as a Toll Collector. After her retirement, she enjoyed to cross-stitch homemade ornaments for family and friends. And loved to take care of her garden. Her favorite place to shop was Hallmark. Her grandkids were her world and she truly was an Angel on earth and will be missed deeply.
A Prayer Service will be held on Thursday February 16 at 6pm at the Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home 3041 Kirk Road. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Thursday an hour prior to service at the funeral home.
