Born on November 8, 1929 in Kokomo, Indiana she was the daughter of the late Harold and Grace (Howard) Snow.
Ruth was a member of the Lake Ellen Baptist Church in Crawfordville, Florida. Prior to moving in 2008 she was a member of the Palm Beach Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons Dan Neal of Gainesville and Frank Neal of Sopchoppy.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday September 2 from 10 to 11am at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home, 3041 Lake Worth, Florida. Funeral Services will follow Saturday September 2 at 11am with the Reverend Sherman Dibble officiating. Interment will follow at Lake Worth Memory Gardens, Lake Worth.
