

Thomas James Kennelly, age 65 of Greenacres, FL passed on to be with the Lord, his Savior early Sunday morning, August 12, 2012. He was born March 13, 1947 in Queens, NY, to James Joseph and Emily Kennelly. Tom married Linda J. on August 20, 1977 and they would have celebrated 35 years of marriage this month. From this union, three children, Elizabeth, Andrew, and Emily were born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL.
Tom graduated from Bayside High School in 1964, and graduated from the American Institute of Banking, NYC in 1967 and later studied at the Grant School of Real Estate in 1985. For many years, Tom and his wife traveled between New Jersey and Florida as the Majordomo for Mrs. Elizabeth Donnell Kay of Palm Beach, FL. In 1985, his family settled into his beloved “586 Jog Road” home and he was proud to begin working as a real estate broker for B/K Properties.
Tom was a devoted Christian and an active member of Forest Hill Alliance Church, New Life Alliance Church, and New Hope Community Church. Although his body was weak, his faith kept him strong during the years and especially in his last days.
He is survived by his wife Linda of Greenacres; daughter Elizabeth (Matt) Kennelly-Smith of Atlanta; son Andrew (Melissa) Kennelly of Titusville; daughter Emily Kennelly (Philip Gleason) of Tallahassee; four grandchildren, Logan, Ava, Estella, and Julia Kennelly of Titusville; brother Robert Kennelly of New Hampshire; and nephew Michael Spagnoli of Lantana.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents James and Emily Kennelly, and sister, Doris. His family wishes to thank friends, family, New Hope Community Church, and the Hospice of Palm Beach County for their prayers and support.
