

He was born in Detroit, Michigan, living in Brooklyn, N.Y. Thomas was a graduate of Erasmus Hall
H.S. He then served three tours of duty with the 1st Aviation Brigade 162nd Airborne Division as
a decorated helicopter door gunner with the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam Conflict.
Upon his return he worked as a letter carrier in Staten Island, N.Y. He then changed his career
to printing and plate making, where he continued his life work after moving to Florida in
1984 until his retirement. He was recently preceded in death by his father Thomas Reilly.
Thomas leaves to survive him his wife Carolyn, 4 children: Kathleen Robinson of Royal
Palm Beach, Michael and his wife Luisa Robinson o f West Palm Beach, Christopher Robinson of West
Palm Beach, and Scott Reilly of Lake Worth. He also leaves his grandchildren; Nicole,
Anthony, Alexis, Karly, Matthew, Cornelius and Christopher, great grandchildren Dezmyn and Ariana,
his mother Margaret Reilly, 2 sisters; Roseleen Flaherty and Terri and her husband Dennis Kenny,
and his brother Anthony and his wife Susan Reilly. His family will receive friends on Wednesday evening, June 22nd,
between 6:00 PM & 8:00 PM, also on Thursday, June 23rd, between 2:00 PM & 4:00PM and
6:00 PM & 8:00PM at the funeral home. His funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 24th at
St. Matthew Catholic Church 6090 Hypoluxo Rd., Lake Worth, FL. at 12:00PM. Thomas will be
laid to rest immediately following at the South Florida Veterans Cemetery, Rt. 441,So., Lake Worth, Fl. 33476
