

Wendy was born in Pahokee, FL on November 22, 1971. She spent the early years of her life in Pahokee and attended Glades Day School through the 3rd grade. She then spent the next six years in Clewiston, FL, leaving there to move to West Palm Beach following the 9th grade. She spent her remaining high school years at John I. Leonard High School in Lake Worth, FL and graduated in 1989.
Following graduation, Wendy worked at several businesses before landing at Interior Textures in Lake Worth where she worked for about 6 years. Following a brief time at the Florida Game and Fish Commission, she moved into the dental industry and spent 18 years running the office for several different doctors. She then found her niche working as a teacher assistant and preschool teacher at Planet Kids/Wellington Preschool in Lake Worth where she fell in love with every child she came in contact with. She remained there until the time of her death.
In 2005, Wendy married the love of her life, Janloren (Johnny) Galdeano, and became a proud and loving mother to daughter Livie Galdeano and son Lucas Galdeano, all of Wellington, FL. She was also a proud stepmom to Sean and Brittany Galdeano, both of California. Also left to cherish her memory are her mother Wanda Morelli and stepfather Richard Morelli of Lake Worth, FL and many aunts, uncles and cousins, including her cousin and “sister” Niki Sanko of Signal Mountain,TN. She was predeceased by her father, Jimmy Crawford.
Wendy’s favorite thing in the world was visiting her father’s family in Tennessee and she adored all of her aunts, uncles and cousins who live there. Throughout her lifetime, Wendy made many loyal friends and her family will be forever grateful to those who stuck by her and helped take care of her until the angels called her home. Her beautiful smile will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held from 6-7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 3, at Dorsey – E. Earl Smith Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, FL, followed by a memorial service in the same location at 7:00 pm. Interment will be at Port Mayaca Cemetery, 23900 SW Kanner Hwy, Canal Point, FL 33438 at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 4.
