71, entered into the presence of his Lord and Savior at 3:35 AM, July 9, 2013 at Estelle's Hospice House in Ocala, FL. The Lord took his hand as he left his earthly home to be with Him. Bill was born in Columbia, AL to Saxon and Mary Dell Love, August 18, 1941. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army, and retired from Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office as a Lieutenant. He attended Church of the Springs in Ocala, FL. He loved doing things with his grandson Jordan, such as NASCAR racing and fishing.
Bill is survived by his daughter, P. Dian Love; grandson, Jordan C. Love; his former wife, Pat Love; his love of 21 years, Pat Mitchell. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Bill was preceded in death by his son Steven Daniel Love.
The Love family will receive their friends from 2 PM until 4 PM and 6 PM until 8 PM on Tuesday, July 16th at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, July 17th at the funeral home. Mr. Love will be laid to rest at Lake Worth Memory Gardens following his funeral service. Reception to follow.
