Carmen Elvira Trujillo age 90 passed away peacefully on May 21, 2014 at her home in Arvada, CO. She was born in Billings, Montana to Adela and Manuel Archuleta on October 23, 1923. She is survived by her sister Lucille Madrid of Brookings, Oregon and step- brother Roger Archuleta of Sterling Colorado. Devoted mother to daughter’s Jane Melendez of Denver, CO. Sylvia (Ernesto) Lopez of Fairplay, CO. Phyllis Cano Westminster, CO. Arlene Nevares of Arvada CO. Sharon Romero and Rose Avitia of Denver, CO. Her loving family also included 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren several nieces and nephews. Mass to be held at Advantage Runyun Stevenson 6425 W. Alameda Ave. Lakewood, CO. at 6:00pm June 5, 2014, followed by a reception at the Moose Lodge 4688 W. Alameda Ave. Denver CO. The Scattering of her ashes will be done at 12:00pm, June 6, 2014 at Mt Lindo in Tiny Town, CO.
