Carol Ann Bronder was born March 21, 1931, in Williston, ND to Peter and Delima Bronder. At the age of five, she attended the Y school in rural Williston, and then attended Willow City Catholic Boarding School. Her profession took her to San Francisco as a bond underwriter and later, as one of the first women construction insurance executives working on many major projects in Denver, Colorado. Carol was very active in National Association of Women in Construction and Zonta International, a service organization with the mission of advancing the status of women.
She mentored several in her profession, cultivated personal relationships with many, and proved to be a second mother to Sean and Sandy. Family was of the upmost importance to her. She was above all, protective, caring, loving, and fun.
Carol enjoyed exploring the world, traveling many times with her devoted nephew Sean. She played golf at many exciting courses and was most passionate about Bridge - obtaining the level of Gold Life Master.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her sisters Mary Flannery, Donna Horan, and Margaret Trogstad, her brothers Richard Bronder, and Eddie Bronder.
