Eleanor Reade passed away peacefully on December 26, 2013 in Lakewood, Colorado. She is going to be missed by many but most of all by her family. She is survived by her daughter Susan Reade and her son James Reade of San Jose, California. We will be honoring Eleanor and celebrating her life on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at the Atria Applewood, 2800 Youngfield Street, Lakewood, CO. We will be in the living room.
