Florence Amelia Duran, age 69, of Denver, Colorado passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022. Florence was born February 6, 1953 in Denver, CO to Benina Martinez Duran and Baroline Duran. She was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.
Florence is survived by her siblings, Lillian Montoya, Charles (Lorraine) Duran, Pauline Lopez, Elizabeth (Alfredo) Villarreal, Randy Duran, many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Florence was preceded in death by her father Baroline Duran and her mother Benina Martinez Duran; siblings, Viola Salinas, Marvin (Karen) Duran, Leonard Duran.
A visitation for Florence will be held Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by a rosary service. A funeral service will occur Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 10:30 AM, All at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 3801 W. Ohio Ave., Denver, CO 80219. A committal service will follow at 12:00 PM at Ft. Logan National Cemetery in Denver. A reception will be held at Moose Lodge, 4688 W Alameda Ave. Denver, CO 80219 following Florence's burial.
