He was born in Detroit, Michigan on November 13, 1939. Jim graduated from Catholic Central and received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the General Motors Institute of Technology.
He married Ruth Reindel on August 12, 1961.
Jim had a career in Engineering for General Motors and Gates Rubber Company. He was a member of Professional Engineers, was a support group leader for Parkinson’s Association of the Rockies, and had a passion for Bridge and Travel and working with his hands.
He is survived by his wife Ruth, his children Micheal Reindel, Jim Reindel Patrick Reindel, and Susie Reindel; his grandchildren Joshua, Joel, Brian, Isaac, Aaron, Nathan, Katie, and Roberto; and his sister Carol Richards.
Visitation will be held at Advantage Runyan Stevenson Trevino Mortuary on Sunday, February 28, 2016 from 5pm-9pm at 6425 West Alameda Ave. Lakewood, Colorado 80228. Funeral Service will be held at the Confier Community Church at 9998 Havekost Rd. Conifer , CO 80433 on Monday, February 29, 2016 at 10:30 am.
