Jean worked for many years at the phone company. Jean’s husband, Ed, was in the Air Force, so they were world travelers. Their favorite military placements were Alaska and Turkey. Jean enjoyed gardening, particularly after Ed retired from the Air Force. They lived in a home in Northglenn with a large backyard. Jean enjoyed shopping at the commissary and cooking. Jean and Ed enjoyed classical music, and they had a large music CD collection. They owned some property in the Colorado City area, and trips to check out their property was a beloved activity to enjoy Colorado outdoors.
Jean’s favorite thing to eat was bacon and she loved her morning coffee. We are blessed that the staff at Mill Vista, Windcrest took care to have Jean’s hair always styled, and she was lovingly taken care of.
Ed and Jean didn’t have any children. They will be together again at Fort Logan National cemetery where Ed is buried.
