John Hohnstein Jr.

John Hohnstein Jr., age 95, of Arvada, Colorado passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024. He was born in Denver, Colorado to John and Kathryn (Schindler) Hohnstein. He faithfully served our country for years in The United States Navy.

John is preceded in death by his wife, Mary, and his sister, Betty. He is survived by his son, Howard; grandson, Chris (Sarah); great grandchildren, Timmy, Jacob (Charly), Brandon, Blake and Connor. He will be deeply missed.

A visitation will be held on Monday, May 13, 2024 from 10-11AM, followed by a funeral service at 11AM, both at Arvada Covenant Church, 5555 Ward Rd. Arvada. A committal service for John will be held Monday, May 13, 2024 at 2:00PM at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236.
