He is survived by his sons, Matthew and Zachary; former wife, Kelly Adams; Brothers, Andrew and Alan Adams; Father, Marvin Adams and Step-Mother, Maxine.
Memorial Service will be held at 11:00AM Monday, March 23rd, 2015 at Advantage Runyan Stevenson Chapel; 6425 West Alameda Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado 80226. Reception immediately following.
