It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Joseph Bailey, a beloved son, father, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. Michael was deeply loved by his family and by the many people whose lives he touched. He will be remembered not only for the love he gave, but for the unforgettable presence he brought wherever he went.
Born and raised in South Denver, Michael had a deep love for his city and the people who called it home. He lived his life fully and on his own terms, embracing the people, places, and experiences that made life meaningful to him.
Michael was incredibly intelligent and naturally talented, especially when it came to art and drawing. His creativity was one of the many things that made him special. He had a gift for expressing himself and seeing the world in his own unique way.
To those who knew him, Michael was the kind of person who made you feel safe simply by being around. He was someone you knew would have your back—a person you could count on and be honored to call a friend. He was never afraid to speak his mind, always remained true to himself, and had a way of making people laugh with his jokes and unmistakable personality.
Above all, Michael was a loving father. His daughter held a special place in his heart, and the love he had for her was immeasurable. She was one of the greatest sources of love and pride in his life.
Michael leaves behind a family and community surrounded by memories, laughter, love, and stories that will continue to keep his spirit alive. Though his absence leaves a space that can never be filled, the love he gave will remain with those who knew him.
Michael was surrounded by love, and he will be deeply missed. His memory will live on forever in the hearts of his daughter, his family, his friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
May he rest peacefully, knowing he was loved, cherished, and never forgotten.
