Pamela Bliss, a devoted and beloved woman known for her kind-hearted nature, passed away on October 26, 2025, at the age of 98. She was born on May 30, 1927, in Chicago, Illinois, and was a resident of Lakewood, Colorado.
Pamela, whose maiden name was Scialo, grew up during the Great Depression and World War II alongside her six siblings: Nancy, Dominic, Carmela, Anthony, Michael, and Patrick. Despite the family's financial struggles, they shared an unbreakable bond and unconditional love for one another.
She was married to Raymond Dixon Bliss, who predeceased her in 2004. Pamela was a faithful and honest individual who lived a life of integrity and grace, embodying the values of a perfect Christian life with no regrets. Her legacy of love and devotion is reflected in the lives of those she touched.
Pamela is survived by her son, Patrick (Diane) Carr and grandchildren Shannon (Matthew) Ruocco, and Jordan Carr; great grandchildren Patrick and Marilyn Ruocco; and her 101-year-old sister, Carmela. She was a saint in the eyes of many, always responding to expressions of love with her signature phrase, "I love you more."
Pamela will be laid to rest with her husband, Raymond, at Fort Logan National Cemetery, located at 4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver. Her memory will continue to inspire those who knew her, as she leaves behind a legacy of unwavering love and kindness.
