Pauline Helen Spahn, age 94, of Denver, Colorado passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025. Pauline, born in Cortez, CO, will be returned to her hometown to have her ashes laid to rest. She enjoyed many hobbies, including crocheting, playing Bingo, watching the Denver Broncos, and reading historical books about Colorado - particularly ones about Cortez. Pauline was known as a foodie by all of her family and friends, who recall her love for the Big Kahuna sandwich from Jersey Mike's being her absolute favorite.
She joins the Heavenly side of her parents, 8 of her siblings, her precious daughter, Claudette, and her beloved husband, John Spahn.
She leaves behind her children Roberta, Joyce, Richard (Hazel, who was her loyal caretaker and best friend for 20 joyful years), and Debbie, her 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, her sister, Shirley Martinez, and her dog, Mimi, who misses her dearly as we do.
Though she is no longer here with us, we will always feel her spirit through us. Whether we share her favorite foods, or carry on traditions of wearing funny holiday hats, Pauline will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Rest in eternal glory, Pauline. You are always loved.
