Raymond (Ray) was a simple man with many passions. He had a strong love of the outdoors and fishing, watching his favorite westerns, as well as spending time in the kitchen where he built a career as an executive chef. His family can look back fondly on all of the delicious meals he could make - but they remark how his long days spent in the kitchen at work often left him too tired to whip up one of his fabulous meals by the time he got home. His beloved wife, Carol, would always let out a laugh when he would call and endearingly ask her what delicious meal she would be making for him and the family during their cherished evenings together.
There was nothing he loved more than spending time with his family - whether that meant gambling with his brothers and uncles on a regular basis, or spending time with his loving wife, son, and the many others who knew and loved him. Though Ray has moved from this life to the next, his presence will forever linger in the hearts of his wife, children, and the many who loved him, until they meet again.
Rest in Heavenly peace, Ray. You will continue to be loved.
A Memorial Celebration of Raymonds life will be held at Advantage Runyan Stevenson Chapel on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from Noon to 2:00 PM. The family encourages you to come and share your fondest memories of Ray over food and drink.
