

Ronald Kaye Sewick, affectionately known as Ron, of Colorado, passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2024. Born on February 1, 1957, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Ron's life was a testament to dedication, love, and unwavering strength. He was a larger-than-life figure, both in stature and spirit, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A respected public figure, Ron was celebrated for his kindness and generosity. He had a notable presence that commanded respect and admiration, yet he remained grounded by his deep love for his family and his passion for life. Ron's greatest joy was found in his roles as a father and grandfather. He cherished his family above all else and took immense pride in his sons, Steven (Carmen Lopez) and Cody Sewick, his stepchildren Shawn Kelley, Chase Kelley (Tori), Teale Kelley, and Ciara Kelley McCormick (Michael), and his beloved grandchildren, Natalie and Brayden Sewick, Ella Kelley-Walters, and Elijah Kelley.
Ron was also a devoted enthusiast of motorcycling, finding peace and exhilaration as he rode his Harley through the majestic mountains of Colorado. His zest for life and his unwavering love for his family were the cornerstones of his existence. Ron's affection extended to his siblings Diane (Marty) Grivetti, Dean (Liz) Sewick, and Elaine (Ted) Ganyard, who will forever hold his memory close to their hearts.
Preceded in death by his mother and father, Rosemary and Gerald Sewick, his beloved wife Lori Sewick, and his brothers Gregory and Alan Sewick, Ron's legacy is one of love, resilience, and cherished memories. His impact on those around him was profound, and he will be deeply missed.
