Sarah Evangelina Salazar

Sarah is predeceased by her loving husband, Rev. Mike Salazar of 57 years, & son, Rev. Steven Salazar.

Sarah is lovingy remembered by her children Elva, Ada, Gay (Herman), Danny, Nestor (Loretta), Pearl, Michael (Liz), Noel (Sylvia), and Debbie (Joe). Along with 26 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.

Sarah was born in Dulce, NM on October 2, 1920. She married the love of her life Rev. Mike Salazar on May 29, 1937.

Sarah enjoyed serving God and helping her husband Pastor several churches. Along with being apart of the women's fellowship, raising her children and watching her family grow. Later in life, Sarah enjoyed the company of her family, eating out, especially having dessert. Some of her hobbies were painting, embroidery, and bible study.

The viewing will be held at New Hope Ministries, 875 S. Sheridan Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80226 on Wednesday May 31, 2017 from 9-10AM. Service will be at 10AM.

Following the service the burial will be at Barn at Evergreen Memorial, 26624 N. Turkey Creek Rd., Evergreen, CO 80439.

A reception will take place back at New Hope Ministries.
