Thomas Carl Callahan, age 58 of Arvada, CO Passed away peacefully Feb 26, 2018 at his home. Tom was born in Denver, CO April 29, 1959 to Frank and Patricia Callahan. He lived most of his life in the Denver area but he also spent many years on the Western Slope of Colorado In the Grand Junction and Montrose area.
During his life Tom mastered many skills in the construction field, but he was also a great chef, and awesome artist. He laughed hard and loved even harder, he always offered a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold, offered guidance and gave the best hugs. He loved spending time with family and friends and listening to music, but mostly enjoyed his face in the wind, riding his Harley and spending time with his friends and family.
Tom had two children, Amanda Callahan (Justin Wiley) and Brian Callahan from Montrose, CO and two grandchildren, Kianna Munoz and William Guirola of Montrose. His siblings, Willy Callahan, Kenny Callahan (Beth Callahan) nephew (Dylan Callahan) and Susie Dixon, also his Aunt Cecilia Buckley and many cousins, mostly from the Arvada/ Wheat Ridge area. Tom had many friends in biker brotherhood, all of which he considered family.
Tom was preceded in death by his son, Brian Callahan, both of his parents Frank and Patricia Callahan and his sister Susie Dixon.
Cremation Memorial services will be held at Advantage Runyan Stevenson Chapel, 6425 W Alameda Ave, Lakewood, CO on March 5th at 1pm. A reception will be held after the service at the Morrison Holiday Bar, Morrison CO.
