William was also Sioux chef at many fine dining restaurants in Denver.
William Lee was proceeded in death by mother Betty Billingsley and father Wilbur Billingsley, brother Arthur Billingsley, sister Arthene Baskin, niece Julie Hetherford, nephew Zion Joseph Billingsley and Linda Billingsley.
William is survived by his brothers Clifford Billingsley, John Billingsley, and Wilbur Billingsley and sisters Eileen Herrera, Michelle Russell, Tammy Harris and Tracy Herrera and a whole host of nieces and nephews and family both near and far.
