Antonia Freese

Antonia Freese passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, January 14, 2023, at the age of 0f 93. She is predeceased by her husband Alfred Freese and daughter Linda. She is survived by her son, John Marshall and grandson, Harrison Marshall; her daughter and son-in-law, Frances and Eric Angelicola; a daughter, Josephine Freese; a nephew, Thomas Siso; and a niece, Marilyn Smith. Antonia was born in New York City on March 21, 1929. She held various working positions until her retirement from Jersey City Medical Center in 1995, when she moved to Lions Head Woods in Lakewood, NJ. She enjoyed dressing up to attend social events where she loved to dance, decorating for holidays and hosting family gatherings. There will be a viewing on Thursday, January 19, 2023 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at D'Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701. A private burial service for family will follow.
