Asuncion is survived by his loving wife of 68 years; Virginia Maldonado, his dearest children; Josefina, Edwin(Mery), Freddy, Raul(Anette), Edith(Jose), Emmy and Joel, his adored grandchildren and extended family and friends.
Asuncion was predeceased by his Daughter; Aida and his Son; Julio.
Asuncion was a beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather and will be missed dearly by all.
A visitation for Asuncion will be held Sunday, August 6, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at D'Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701. A funeral service will occur Monday, August 7, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at D'Elia Funeral Home.
