There are many attributes of Barbara that made her so special: her loving care for the elderly, a fantastic cook, patience with my brother's jokes and many others. The one that I will remember her most for, and has inspired my own life, is that of her unmatchable family love. Barb, Karen & I will miss you dearly, but one of God's greatest blessing's is our memory of you that will be with us forever!

I have thought of my step-sister often over the years. What I remember most was that her door was always open to the kids in her life. My sister and i have many happy family memories of time spent with Barbara's happy home. I have tried over the years to offer that kind of home to my family and my children's friends. My thoughts are with your family at your time of need.
